You will design safe, effective programs, conduct fitness consultations, provide floor assistance, promote personal training services, and maintain client progress notes while staying current with certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
• Deliver superior customer service to keep members engaged.
