Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will build relationships, provide education, and uphold Life Time standards while delivering superior service.

You will design safe programs, conduct consultations, and promote training services to drive client success. All duties emphasize safety, education, and motivating members on a dynamic fitness floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations and pre-participation screening.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and motivates members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
