Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our energetic team.

This role offers the opportunity to inspire and transform lives while building a rewarding career in a fun gym environment, where fitness is accessible to everyone. You will design personalized programs, conduct assessments, coach on technique and nutrition, proactively grow your client base, and help the gym meet session and sales goals on the floor.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification current
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to build and maintain a client base
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
