Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our energetic team.

You will design personalized programs, conduct assessments, coach on technique and nutrition, proactively grow your client base, and help the gym meet session and sales goals on the floor.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification current
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to build and maintain a client base
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Educate clients on exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
• Proactively prospect and develop a personal training client base on the gym floor
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing client support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
• Meet or exceed personal training sales and session goals
