Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a passionate Personal Training Director to lead our personal training department in St. Cloud, MN.

You will inspire a team of fitness professionals and help members transform their lives through world-class personal training. You will drive revenue, coach and mentor staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining Crunch Fitness standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• NASM/ACE/ISSA certification required
• 2+ years of experience in personal training sales and team leadership
• Proven ability to meet/exceed personal training revenue targets
• Strong coaching, mentoring and staff development skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service abilities
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable on hire

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with training staff

• Monitor and analyze department KPIs, session volume, and revenue metrics to hit monthly goals
• Collaborate with gym management to align personal training initiatives with overall club performance
• Ensure compliance with Crunch Fitness standards, certifications, and safety protocols

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
• Experience with fitness management software and scheduling platforms preferred
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
