Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in St. Cloud, MN. Design personalized programs, assess progress, and help clients reach goals in a high-energy gym environment.

You will educate on technique and injury prevention, prospect clients on the gym floor, and contribute to a welcoming training space while meeting sales and session goals. Requires current PT certification and CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• Current personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a client base.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress over time.
• Educate clients on technique, form, and injury prevention.
• Prospect and develop a personal training client base on the gym floor.
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming training environment.
• Meet or exceed personal training sales and session goals.
