Job summary

YouFit Gyms is seeking enthusiastic personal trainers in Florida to create tailored fitness programs, guide clients toward their goals, and drive member engagement. You’ll conduct assessments, lead sessions, and contribute to gym growth through strong sales and service skills.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a valid PT certification (YouFit’s preferred list or related degree), and possess CPR/AED with hands-on experience. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid personal training certification from YouFit’s preferred list or an exercise science-related degree.
• CPR/AED certification with hands-on live component.
• Personal training and personal training sales experience.
• Superior communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals.
• Motivate clients to achieve results through goal setting, follow-up, and reassessments.
• Conduct fitness assessments and introductory programs with members.
• Lead engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Schedule showcase workouts and meet monthly session targets.
• Maintain sales KPIs and package sales performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to keep members engaged.
