Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• Maintain a CPR / AED certification.
• Experience with Personal training and personal training sales.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly personal training revenue targets.
• Conduct fitness assessments and lead training sessions.
• Schedule and manage trainer rosters.
• Deliver comprehensive fitness programs and motivate clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive gym environment.
• Recruit and supervise training staff.
