Job summary

YouFit Gyms is seeking a Certified YC Trainer in Florida to help members achieve fitness goals through personalized programs and engaging training sessions. Responsibilities include client support, motivation through goal setting and frequent follow-ups, and conducting personal training sessions and small group classes.

You will perform regular fitness assessments and work toward KPIs while maintaining a positive, welcoming gym environment that keeps members engaged.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
Maintain a CPR / AED certification.
Effective English communication skills; multilingualism is favored.
Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in multitasking and driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
Committed to continuous personal development.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized fitness programs to help clients reach goals.
Conduct personal training sessions and small group classes.
Perform fitness assessments (three per week) with prospective clients.
Maintain sales KPIs and meet session completion targets.
