Job summary

YouFit is looking for a Certified YC Trainer to energize our Miami gym with personalized coaching and engaging small-group classes. You will design fitness programs, assess client progress, and drive session bookings while delivering outstanding customer service in a lively, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold an NCCA certification or related degree, CPR/AED, and strong English communication. This role starts part-time with potential to grow to full-time as client base expands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• NCCA certification or related degree is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Effective English communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Passionate about fitness and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personalized fitness plans and progress.
• Inspire clients through goal setting, follow-ups, and reassessments.
• Lead engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments for prospective clients (3 per week).
• Manage sales/KPIs and aim for high session completion.
• Create a positive environment for members and guests; resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain basic computer literacy for gym software and systems.
