Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Personal Trainer in Centennial, CO to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will build comprehensive client programs and guide sessions to ensure safe, effective use of equipment and proven results.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of PT experience, and be CPR/AED certified. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain CPR and AED certification and current credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
