Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in pursuing healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an engaging, educational experience in our club.

You will design safe, comprehensive programs, guide clients through workouts, conduct assessments, promote training services, and maintain up‑to‑date credentials while delivering outstanding customer service and member safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screening, goal setting, and program recommendations.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation for members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and completes administrative requirements.
