Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and keep clients coming back.
• Grow a strong client base through consultative selling, referrals, and delivering a great client experience.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals and long-term success.
• Build genuine relationships, provide exceptional service, and create an experience that keeps clients motivated.
• Set expectations, track progress, and adjust programs to maximize results and retention.
• Take ownership of your schedule, maintain an active appointment book, and grow session volume.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions to establish trust and long-term coaching relationships.
• Engage clients beyond the workout floor via follow-ups and proactive outreach to support retention.
