Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in pursuing healthier lives by building strong relationships and providing an educational, supportive experience aligned with Life Time standards.

The role involves designing client programs, supervising workouts, performing fitness assessments, and promoting training services while maintaining up-to-date certifications and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a session and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations and pre-participation screenings for new clients.
