Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Strong knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe use of training equipment during sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stay current on credentials and industry trends.
