Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives by delivering education, support, and a superior member experience. The trainer will build relationships, assess goals, and guide clients through personalized programs on the fitness floor.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, designing safe training plans, and promoting personal training services while maintaining up-to-date credentials and continuing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients with pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and customer service.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of personal training experience

CPR and AED Certified

Certified personal Trainer
