Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering personalized programs and expert coaching on the gym floor. You will provide a positive member experience focused on education and safety, upholding Life Time’s brand standards.

Responsibilities include conducting fitness consultations, monitoring sessions, promoting training services, and maintaining accurate client records while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of personal training experience.
Certified personal Trainer.
CPR and AED Certified.
Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting to tailor personal training programs.
Provide fitness floor assistance and motivate members to stay engaged with programming.
Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
