Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will build client relationships, assess goals, design safe training programs, and provide excellent customer service across the fitness floor.

The role includes commissions ranging from 10% to 60% based on product sales and team productivity, with base minimum wage as applicable. Full-time team members receive extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred and CPT certification.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, comprehensive client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instruct clients in safe use of cardio, flexibility, and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations and pre-participation screenings.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, safety, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell personal training services and document plans.
