Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to help members achieve happier, healthier lives by building relationships and offering an engaging, educational experience in a sport- and fitness-focused environment.

You will design safe, professional training programs, conduct fitness consultations, provide floor assistance, promote training services, and maintain accurate client documentation while staying current on certifications and trends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer credential.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Delivers superior customer service to ensure members feel competent and connected.
