Life Time Inc. seeks a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives through customized training plans and exceptional service. The trainer builds relationships, delivers safe sessions, and promotes Life Time programs.

The role requires High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of personal training experience, CPR/AED certification, and preferences for a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field. Ongoing credential maintenance is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs for goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members, ensures safety, educates, and motivates.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
