Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in pursuing happier, healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering educational, high-quality service.

You will design safe client programs, guide sessions, conduct consultations, and promote training services while maintaining client records. Requirements include a HS diploma, 1 year PT experience, CPT, CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on cardio, flexibility and strength training.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Conduct fitness consultations including screening, history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and educate members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and maintain records.
• Remain current on credentials and continuing education.
