Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building relationships and delivering an exceptional, education-focused experience.

You will design safe client programs, provide on-floor coaching, conduct fitness consultations, promote training services, and maintain meticulous client documentation to drive results and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience required.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients and sets goals.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
