Job summary

Life Time Inc. in the United States seeks a Personal Trainer to help members live healthier, happier lives by building relationships and delivering education in line with the Life Time Brand.

Responsibilities include creating client programs, guiding sessions, conducting fitness consultations, promoting services, and maintaining client records. CPR/AED and PT certification are required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal trainer and CPR/AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on credentials and continuing education.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
