Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading sessions, conducting fitness consultations, promoting services, documenting progress, and staying current with certifications and trends to advance within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Bachelor's degree in kinesiology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on exercise techniques and equipment use.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety and education.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client's fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Delivers superior customer service and ensures members feel confident and connected.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
