Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a young boy, helping with growth, independence, and self-regulation through engaging activities. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a caregiver background check.

Schedule includes mornings Monday through Friday, with transportation to activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision to ensure safety and well-being.

• Plan and implement fun, creative, and engaging activities tailored to the child’s interests.
• Assist with transitions and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment.
• Provide transportation to and from activities/programs as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Personal Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a fun and imaginative young boy who loves dinosaurs and Godzilla. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, being active, and creating engaging experiences that support growth, independence, and self-regulation.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:15 AM - 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Tuesday - Friday: 7:15 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision to ensure safety and well-being
• Support the child in developing self-regulation skills in various settings
• Attend and actively participate in summer programs and field trips
• Plan and implement fun, creative, and engaging activities tailored to his interests
• Assist with transitions and daily routines
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Provide transportation to and from activities/programs as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
