Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate respite companion to support a lively young boy, offering 20 hours of in-home care weekly. You will help with companionship, supervision, and a range of daily activities to brighten his days.
Responsibilities include meal preparation, attentive care, feeding support, and coordinating community outings. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a background check are required; CPR is a plus but not required.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Looking for a reliable, caring, and fun individual to join in making a positive impact in a lively, fun, young boy's life. If you enjoy helping others, getting out into the community, and making someone's day a little brighter, this could be the perfect opportunity for you,
20 hours/week
Sunday - 3 hours, 1 pm-4 pm
Tuesday - 4 hours, 1 pm-5 pm
Wednesday - 4 hours, 1 pm-5 pm
Friday - 3 hours, 1 pm-4 pm
Saturday - 6 hours, 12 pm-6 pm
As a respite companion, you'll provide support, companionship, and supervision while helping create fun and meaningful experience's.
Community outings - such as Action City, 4 treasures and other activities
CPR certification is a plus, but NOT required
