Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a Respite Provider to spend time with a lively boy, supporting him with activities after school and on weekends. This role emphasizes safety, patience, and creating joyful, engaging moments in a home setting.

You will help with personal care, daily routines, meal prep, and supervising activities, while following family guidance and ensuring a positive, nurturing environment. A caregiver background check is required; driving may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must pass a caregiver background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Experience with children who have behavioral needs is a plus but not required.
• A big heart and a love for outdoor fun.

This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We’re looking for a Respite Provider to spend time with an amazing, lively boy who enjoys swinging at parks, swimming, playing catch, and anything involving a ball! If you’re energetic, caring, and ready to create fun experiences, this is the perfect role for you.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday afternoon with occasional weekends
• At least 10 hours per week
