Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to delivering extraordinary service to cultivate a welcoming environment.
• Leads relationship building, styling, and networking with customers; educates the team on styling benefits.
• Generates appointment opportunities to cultivate relationships and drive sales metrics.
• Encourages use of technology to transact in the moment and upsell clientele.
