Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships and drives appointments to grow store sales.
• Educates the team on styling programs and demonstrates best practices.
• Uses brand resources to share styling knowledge with the team and elevate confidence in servicing customers.
• Reviews store performance to influence outfit recommendations and sales in the apparel and accessories department.
• Partners with leadership to plan events reflecting local community interests and drive brand engagement.
• Communicates customer insights and shopping patterns to leadership and styling teams.
