As a Personal Stylist, you will lead by example in styling, educate the team on service best practices, and generate appointment opportunities to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for apparel styling.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a service culture that makes customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Leads by example in styling and relationship building with customers.
• Generates appointment opportunities to cultivate customer relationships.
• Collaborates with leadership to drive store sales and brand engagement.
• Partners with visual team to showcase new arrivals and best sellers.
• Maintains flexibility in supporting service in zone coverage.
