Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for apparel styling and helping customers create outfits.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent personal styling services to develop authentic customer connections.
• Lead by example in styling, relationship building, and product knowledge.
• Create appointment opportunities and drive key sales metrics.
• Upsell and transact with customers in the moment using technology.
• Collaborate with store leadership and visual teams to optimize outfitting on the floor.
