You will cultivate authentic connections with guests, upsell through styling sessions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with leadership to present looks that reflect current trends and brand standards while ensuring a seamless, memorable shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Strong interest in apparel styling and fashion trends.
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a service culture that makes customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Leads by example in relationship building, styling, and clienteling with customers.
• Generates appointment opportunities to cultivate relationships and drive sales metrics.
• Encourages use of technology to transact in the moment and upsell.
• Shares styling knowledge with the team to elevate confidence in outfitting customers.
• Collaborates with store leadership to host events and experiences reflective of local customers.
• Supports visual merchandising with mannequin outfitting updates for new arrivals.
• Maintains productive zoned personal styling hours and flexible zone coverage.
