Job summary

Brobston Group in New York seeks a Sales Ambassador who delivers exceptional service, shares product knowledge, and offers thoughtful styling recommendations to every guest. You will listen actively, tailor suggestions to individual style, and help guests feel confident in their purchases.

You will build lasting relationships through clienteling and outreach, drive sales via digital tools and in-store initiatives, and support your team by maintaining visual standards and a welcoming environment

Qualifications

Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital sales tools is preferred.
