Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital selling tools, operate a register, and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, digital tools, and clienteling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Capture customer information using CRM tools and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
