The Exercise Coach® is seeking a dependable, curious, and adaptable Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group strength-training using our technology-driven method. No extensive personal-training experience is required as we train you in our methodology, technology, and business systems to build strong client relationships and contribute to studio growth.

Candidates must be coachable, professional, and able to work with clients of varied abilities; training and CPR

Qualifications

• Must be coachable, curious, responsible and adaptable.
• Strong integrity and people skills are essential.
• Interest in coaching, client relationships, retention, sales, and studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and small-group strength-training sessions.
• Conduct consultations and progress evaluations.
• Educate and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Help clients select memberships and training options.
• Contribute to client retention, referrals, and studio growth.
• Support daily studio operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
