Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care to our senior residents. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and looking for meaningful work in senior living, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, help with meals, light housekeeping, and document care accurately. You’ll work with a supportive team that values integrity, safety, and compassionate communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
