Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Gulfport, MS is hiring Personal Services Assistants to provide hands-on care to our senior residents. If you're compassionate, dependable, and seeking meaningful work in a caring senior living community, we'd love to meet you.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, support meals, light housekeeping, and help monitor changes in condition. Training is provided; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as caregiver/CNA or in senior living preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
