Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care for our senior residents in Newnan, GA. You’ll support daily living activities and help maintain residents’ well-being.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CNA/ caregiving experience, and CPR/First Aid readiness. We offer a supportive team, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package, including full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
