Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking Personal Services Assistants to provide hands-on care for our senior residents. Join a compassionate, dependable team and help with daily activities while promoting dignity and comfort.

You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping and more, reporting changes and documenting care. Training is provided for those new to caregiving, with CPR/First Aid encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members
