Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is looking for Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care for our residents. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and excited to make a difference in daily living, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll assist with daily activities, meals, light housekeeping, and documentation, while following safety guidelines. Training is provided and previous caregiving experience is preferred. This is a full-time role in Alpharetta with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care accurately and timely
