Job description

Remote (Ideally based in LA, NYC, or DC)

I’m looking for an intuitive, organized, and proactive assistant to support both my day-to-day personal and professional life. This role includes calendar and inbox management, light travel coordination, note organization and creative project support.

You’ll also assist with client work at my social media agency, SYLA, and occasionally help on content shoots (with additional pay).

Ideal candidates are familiar with Notion, Canva, email cadence, and basic social media workflows. Some experience preferred, but initiative and good judgment matter most.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

• Assist with inbox management and email follow-ups

• Coordinate occasional travel (flights, lodging, ground transport)

• Help keep personal and agency projects organized using Notion

• Support light content workflows for client and personal socials

• Occasionally assist on content shoots (additional pay)

• Maintain smooth day-to-day flow across personal and professional tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Notion, Canva, and basic social media platforms

• Comfortable writing and responding to emails in a professional tone

• Ability to anticipate needs and stay a step ahead

• Experience coordinating logistics or supporting a founder/exec is a plus
