Flexecution Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will report to one or more Project Managers and assist in executing multiple projects concurrently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a strong drive for results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
2. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
3. Ensure project deadlines are met
4. Monitor project progress and resolve issues
5. Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
6. Utilize project management tools to monitor working hours, budgets, plans, and expenditures
7. Create and maintain documentation, plans, and reports
8. Collaborate with Project Managers to eliminate blockers
9. Prepare and distribute documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
10. Maintain communication standards, including response times within 2 business hours and a proactive "phone call first" approach
11. Be trainable and coachable, capable of executing projects per Flexecution's standards
12. Work primarily remotely, with occasional travel to job sites, client meetings, and team gatherings
13. Prepare for a demanding work environment with potential late hours, early mornings, overnights, and confrontational situations with clients
14. Use personal equipment (phone, laptop, etc.) during the first 90 days (trial period)
