Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training on daily living skills and ISPs.
• Maintain progress notes daily and ensure funding guidelines compliance.
• Attend meetings and communicate with individuals, guardians, and service providers.
• Develop and review individualized safety plans and maintain safety supplies.
