Job summary

Sunnyhill Inc. in St. Louis City is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the ISLA program staff and supervise instructors, ensuring participants progress toward independence under Individualized Support Plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or 2–3 years of relevant experience, plus supervisory skills. Responsibilities include plan development, monthly progress documentation, and ISLA documentation compliance. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; use of personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and submit Individualized Support Plans as identified by ISLA administrators.
• Document activities and progress for outcomes per Participant's Center Plan monthly.
• Create, maintain and ensure ISLA program documentation is current and complete.
• Adhere to ISLA guidelines and deadlines as outlined by administration.
• Ensure participants’ safety through quarterly emergency drills and safety inventories.
• Maintain consistent communication with guardians and other service providers.
• Provide face-to-face time each week with each participant.
• This position may require working more than 40 hours each week.
• Monitors ISLA instructors’ billable and non-billable time; communicates about overtime.
• Provide PTO coverage as outlined by administration.
• Represent Sunnyhill in a professional manner at all times.
