Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Acceptable background checks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and submit all Individualized Support Plans (ISLA) identified by ISLA administrators.
• Document activities and progress for outcomes on a monthly basis.
• Create, maintain and ensure ISLA program documentation is current and complete for all participants.
• Adhere to ISLA guidelines and deadlines.
• Ensure participant safety through quarterly emergency drills and supplies inventories.
• Maintain consistent communication with guardians and other service providers.
• Provide face-to-face time weekly with each participant based on caseload.
• This role may require working more than 40 hours per week.
• Monitor ISLA instructors’ billable and non-billable time and manage overtime.
• Provide PTO coverage as outlined by administration.
• Represent Sunnyhill in a professional manner at all times.
