You will manage the loan lifecycle, engage through multiple channels, and educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products. Prior experience in sales or customer service is valued, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers through the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
