Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Listen to customer needs and present financing options to suit them.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws.
• Engage customers across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
