Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
