You’ll build customer relationships, present tailored loan solutions, and navigate the loan process through to completion, including collections when needed, while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands, delivering timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships, offering tailored loan solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers across channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems) to drive results.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
