Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. seeks an experienced underwriter to evaluate new business and personal lines renewals, pricing, and risk selection in accordance with underwriting guidelines.

You will collaborate with producers and authorized representatives, providing guidance by phone, email, or in person. You will also handle policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals while monitoring loss experience and identifying risks for non-renewal when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Underwriting of personal lines and commercial policies.
• Pricing experience for new business and renewals.
• Strong client and producer support and service skills.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates new business and personal lines renewals to select risks and renewals per underwriting guidelines.
• Provides guidance and service to producers and authorized representatives by phone, written, or in person.
• Follows up on new business to close files.
• Evaluates loss experience to identify adverse cases and requests non-renewal when needed.
• Assesses and issues personal lines policies, endorsements and renewals.
